This company is by far the most reliable company I work for. They always stand behind their closers. I have never had a payment show up late, (thanks for that!). If I make a mistake on my invoice, they always find and correct it.

I have been a notary for four years, and have been working with Statewide Document Services for most of that time. Their professionalism and effort to make each signing a success is top notch!
Communication is always excellent. They make every effort to keep the notary informed as to the availability of the documents for printing. They are always available for support if problems arise with the printing of the documents or receipt of the documents.
I also appreciate their faxing requirements after the signing. The notary does not have to fax in "every" page of the closing package. It makes the "after closing" process much easier. Payment is always on time and correct, and they are always willing to discuss it.
Additionally, I truly enjoy working with everyone at Statewide. Most often, calls come from the same person which allows the opportunity for a friendly business relationship.
I highly recommend working with Statewide Document Services. I feel any notary who has the opportunity to develop a relationship with them is very fortunate indeed!

As a customer of Statewide Document Services I have nothing but praises for them. Not only are they a pleasure to work with on a personal level, but their professionalism is outstanding. When I have to get a closing scheduled within a few hours I have never hesitated to contact them because they have never let me down. They are also very patient and understanding when I have had to cancel closings at the last minute and get them rescheduled for the next day.
